Vegas

Vegas is an awesome boy who has conquered the odds!  He had more than 1/2 his tongue amputated and had to learn to eat and drink all over again.  But, he can eat on his own and drinks water out of a large bucket. It needs to accommodate his large nose because he submerges it to get water.  Everyday things seem to get easier and easier for Vegas. He is fostered with 5 other dogs, big, little, and another greyhound.  Also in the mix is a cat.  He has had no problems with anyone, just loves lots of attention! Vegas loves to walk and does very good on a leash. He loves to lay in the yard if you are close by and he just recently showed his playful side with squeaky toys. Vegas has been down a difficult path but shows so much improvement everyday. He is faithful and loving and if you have the patience to cope with his special needs you have found your forever great friend!
