American Greyhound has partnered with "2nd Chance at Life", a prison foster program for retired racing greyhounds.
2nd Chance at Life (SCAL) places retired racers, directly off the track, into their prison foster program for obedience training and socialization. They receive ten weeks of training from two inmate caretakers and leave as good canine citizens.
The Adoption Fee for a 2nd Chance at Life dog is $300 which helps support this program

Truffles is a very sweet loving girl once she warms up to you. She is completely housebroken (not 1 accident), rides well in car, loves to walk on leash, loves squeaky toys best, loves to run & play.
