He does well with steps, other dogs both male and female, and has had no accidents in the house! Yankee walks very nicely on leash and is also very quick to potty on lead which makes him a great choice for apartment and condo living! Yankee’s personality should match well with children in the home as well. He’s an adaptable boy that will fit in with just about any type of family lifestyle. Yankee won’t stay with us long so fill out an application for him to make him yours today!

Diego

Diego

Kennel Name: Diego
Registered Name: Fiesta San Diego
male
DOB: 3/24/14
not likely cat/small animal tolerant

There’s more to him than his name. Fiesta San Diego is both the life of the party and a devoted, furry friend. Known adoringly as Diego to his foster family, he has just recently discovered the joys of human companionship, toys and stealing queso from his unsuspecting foster mom. This unscrupulous (and handsome) thief has a fascination with human food so he’s inclined to steal a bite of your meal along with your heart. Diego walks wonderfully on a leash, does not hesitate at meal time, loves to cuddle and play with squeaky toys. He has yet to experience children, cats or small dogs in a home environment, so it’s unclear if he would work well in a home with children, cats or small dogs, but he does great with the other greyhounds in both public and home settings. If you’d like to meet Diego, contact our adoption coordinators!
