The way to Resi’s heart is through belly rubs.  He is warming up to his foster family, but is still a little reserved and shy.  Rest listens well and does well in his kennel.   Resi would be happiest in a quiet home with lots of love and some patience for his shy personality.   When the mood strikes him, he does enjoy a good romp with a sqeaky toy.  He even shows his foster mom the infamous Elvis lip when he is running up to give her a kiss!  If you have room in your heart for Resi, he will make you very happy you chose him!

John – 1698

John – 1698
  • Kennel Name: John
  • Registered Name: Whynot John P
  • male
  • DOB: 8/16/11
  • not likely cat/small animal tolerant
  • AG # 1698

John was brought up from Mobile AL with Pursuit during a very cold, blustery, snowy time and he loves running in the snow. The below zero temps are not his favorite tho, so he does his business and runs back to the door very quickly. John is a tall, thin fellow who also was covered in many ticks and tho not a patient as Pursuit for their removal, did very well considering the pain that many ticks caused him.  John has terrible muzzle wear that even caused sores on his face and both are healing up very nicely now. John loves the 6 year old boy that comes to visit his foster home sooooo much, he jumped a baby gate like it was nothing to get to that boy.  Because if this observation, it would be best if John has a fence higher than 4 feet.  John is learning his house manners as he originally would help himself to goodies on the counters and table, but is getting much better now that he knows he will be fed twice a day.  He had no accidents in the house at all and has been fun to watch him explore.  We currently have 6 greys here and John is the most affectionate one, always seeking to give and to get some lovin’.

Pursuit – 1699

Pursuit – 1699
  • Kennel Name: Pursuit
  • Registered Name: TB’s Hot Pursuit
  • female
  • DOB: 12/06/12
  • not likely cat/small animal tolerant
  • AG # 1694

Pursuit was brought up from Mobile AL the second week of February.  Percy came from a warm area to Indiana during a bitter cold snap and she adjusted quickly and even loves running in the snow.  Not much gets this little girl down, she even got up on her own and went outside in the negative temps hours after her spay without even being asked to.  Percy is one tough cookie and never whimpers or whines, loves her crate, exploring and the 6 year old boy that visits her foster home.  Tho she just turned 2 in December, she is a quiet and well behaved 2 year old and had great house manners right off the hauler.  Percy was covered in ticks, yet stood still and made no noise while each one was plucked from deep within her skin. If you think you can offer this quiet yet brave girl a forever home, please put in your application.  She won’t last long.
