Jed – 1912 Adoption Pending

Kennel Name: Jed
Registered Name: Dutch Jed
male
DOB: 9/2/12
cat/small animal tolerance unknown
AG # 1912

Jed turned 4 this past December and just came off the track from Mobile AL on April 28th, so still a newbie. He has already learned house manners like a champ, slippery floors, stairs and has come so far so fast. Jed is a bit timid with new situations, but warms up with encouragement (and a treat doesn’t hurt :o). Now that he trusts his foster family, he will do just about anything we ask even if he’s still unsure of himself. Jed has the baldest butt and the cutest curly tail that wags non-stop now that he has learned to play with toys. Everything is new for Jed and he seriously walked around the dog beds for a week before trying one out for himself; now he has figured them out. Jed crates himself, is an exceptionally quiet boy and is gentle and oh so sweet. He is learning about affection, both giving and receiving and seems to be quite smitten with the attention he now gets. Jed loves to romp with his 5 foster brothers and sisters and gets along great with all of them. He loves to throw his newly discovered toys up in the air while running around the yard, will catch them and throw them up again. Jed is truly loving retirement and all that goes along with it. He recently was offered the opportunity to join the TGIE program and learn basic obedience commands and some unique tricks. He will be ready for his forever home when he completes the program on July 7.

DOB: 2/8/13
likely cat/small animal tolerant
AG # 1488

George is all white with some light brown speckles on his ears. He was attending the TGIE Prison Program but developed a bad case of diarrhea and was sent to the ER vet clinic and was unable to rejoin his fellow classmates at TGIE. George’s diarrhea was cleared up and he is in fine health now and ready to find his forever home. He learned many of his basic commands during his time behind bars, so he can do sit, down and stay already. George is very treat motivated so there is no end at what your family can continue to teach him. He is more active than most lazy greys and is always up and ready to go wherever you want him to go. George has good house manners, tho we are still working on a bit of countersurfing when there is something really yummy up there. He LOVES hanging out with the 7 year old boy that comes to visit at our house and he gets along with all of the other greys too. If you think this all white fellow might be a good fit for your house, please contact our adoption coordinator to find out more about George.
